Happiness

I have chosen this short video to help you understand that you too can achieve happiness! As shown from research, it is my own believe that happiness comes from our own choices and perception of life.

As often in our daily life, we can be too busy or stressed to hear what is making us unhappy. Or, perhaps you could be in denial or suppressing your emotions to help cope or protect yourself which could also prevent you from being happy.

Fortunately, counselling provides an opportunity to take a step back from the pressures of life and discover what could make you happy.

"Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from our own action". (Dalai Lama)

Growth occurs when individuals confront problem, struggle to master them and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life. Carl Rogers
